Ingo Maurer Jimken pendant lamp
The Ingo Maurer Jimken pendant lamp was created in 1998 by Ingo Maurer, Dagmar Mombach and Maurer's designer team. Every light is handmade individually, so each light is unique. The shape was inspired by the work of the Japanese sculptor Isamu Noguchi. This lamp is the only pendant lamp belonging to the MaMo Nouchies series. The name Ma Mo Nouchies is composed of the initial letters of the two designers and the artist which serves as an inspiration source. The paper shade is brought into its final shape by pulling and folding in up to eight individual operations. The light is emitted glare-free and evenly into the room. On-site dimming of the lamp is possible. The cable has a maximum length of 300 cm and can be shortened if necessary. The lamp has a height of approx. 70 cm, a transformer is integrated in the canopy.
